This is my video that I made.
|
Since I was absent from school an vacation in Mexico I was told to take pictures to show what I did on my trip, That is what you see here. What I had to do for the film making process I had to take pictures documenting what I did. What I enjoyed was that I got to go on this vacation and tell all my friends about it. What I didn't enjoy was that I basically had to take my phone everywhereI went. What I would have done was take more videos since there was very few and I didn't put any in. I would encourage other people to not be nervous while reading the script.
My original script I used:
Today was the day, the day that I have been waiting for, the day I get to go to Akumal, Mexico. Let me give you a little background Akumal is just a 1 hour and 15 minute drive from Cancun it self. The resort we went to is called Akumal bay beach and wellness center. We took a 5 hour plane ride to Cancun which was the highlight apparently because I have the most pictures of the ride on my phone.
The experiences that I had throughout my whole trip where amazing for me because though I was the only one that didn't get sick at all 4 of us didn't throw up and that is out of the 14 of us that went. On the more positive side we stayed at an all inclusive resort what that means is that I can go up to a bar, snack bar, or restaurant on the resort and order something (non-alcoholic of course) and get it for free, and that is real free. That was one of the best things. We also went on 2 excursions one we went to coba first which is one of the mayan ruins. Than after that we went to a village and went on 2 zip lines which were okay compared to the other ones and than we repelled into a cenote which was awesome. On the next excursion we went to a “park” where we did 10 zip lines that were just pure awesome because I went upside down on a few then we went back to the reception where I met my new best friend his name is samy and he is a spider monkey. Then we went into an underground cave filled with water. After those excursions which were over a period of 2 days one each day we just chilled for the rest of the days there.
One really big thing that I learned on my trip to Mexico was that it is nothing like here. Because everyone and I mean everyone was just so nice you could go up and talk to anyone there. That is also one of the things that I loved about my trip.
Then came the day that we all have been dreading we had to come back home yet again another 5 hour plane ride which was 2 hours to us because of the time change. Then the long drive back home which I tried to sleep on but couldn't but all in all it was a wonderful trip and I wouldn't mind going back.
